Arrive in Pokhara and transfer to your hotel near Phewa Lake. Relax or explore the vibrant Lakeside area. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara. Day 2: Pokhara – Drive to Kande (1,770m) & Trek to Forest Camp (2,500m)
Pokhara to Kande- Trek to Deurali (2,100m)
Drive to Kande and begin the trek through Australian Camp and Pothana. Walk through lush forest to reach Forest Camp. Overnight at teahouse in Forest Camp.
Trek to High Camp (3,580m)
Trek through rhododendron forests and ridgeline trails with stunning views of Machhapuchhre and Annapurna ranges. Overnight at teahouse in High Camp.
Hike to Mardi Himal Viewpoint (4,200m) & Trek to Siding (1,750m)
Early morning hike to the viewpoint for sunrise over the Himalayas. After breakfast, descend to Siding village. Overnight at teahouse in Siding.
Drive to Pokhara & Transfer to Kathmandu
Drive back to Pokhara, then continue to Kathmandu by flight or tourist bus. Transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Yes, it’s one of the best short treks in Nepal for beginners with moderate fitness. No prior trekking experience is required.

The Mardi Trek is considered a moderate trek. It does not involve technical climbing, but you should be reasonably fit as it includes some steep ascents and descents.
